#195 5 Habits of the Most Well-Loved and Well Fucked Women

The same traits that make you successful in your career are often the ones that leave you exhausted in love. Loyalty, empathy, hard work, and forgiveness are praised and rewarded in the workplace. But in intimacy, they create resentment, sexless relationships, and health issues that show up after years of carrying everything alone.

I want to break down the habits of the most well-loved and well fucked women I know. These women radiate. They are magnetic. They are not performing for crumbs. They are choosing connection, intimacy, and reciprocity.

HABIT 1 - They feel their emotions

Most of the women I work with have been conditioned to ignore their own feelings. They feel everyone else’s emotions but push their own down. Well-loved and well fucked women stop numbing out and start feeling. They feel sadness, grief, desire, joy, and anger without shutting it down. When you allow yourself to feel fully, the pleasure centers in your brain turn back on.

HABIT 2 - They are their own best lovers

From sex education to the language we use, women have been taught that sex and orgasm are about men. That is not true. Orgasm belongs to you. Erotic charge belongs to you. The women who thrive learn how to center their own pleasure. They stop performing sex and start receiving it. They know they are capable of giving themselves the best orgasms and that self-pleasure is the foundation of magnetic intimacy.

HABIT 3 - They know their super traits

Loyalty, empathy, hard work, and forgiveness are gifts. They make you unstoppable in your career. But in intimacy, they turn into overgiving, resentment, and disconnection. The women who thrive know how to use their traits in ways that support them instead of depleting them. They stop letting their relationships drain them and start using their energy to build reciprocity.

HABIT 4 - They choose pleasure over extraction

Systems and traditional gender roles are set up to take from women. That invisible workload is the reason intimacy feels like another job. Well-loved and well fucked women stop tolerating crumbs.
